About 12 hours ago, a ship wrecked off the coast of South Korea and Japan. 164 have been rescued, 4 confirmed deaths, and 292 people still missing. If this was off the coast of California or Florida this would be headline news on all media sources. Hopefully they employ a better search team than the Malaysian Plane situation, and these people are found.
