Police in North Carolina arrested a man accused of sucking on a woman’s toes at at a Wal-Mart subsequent to telling her he was a podiatry student. Authorities have confirmed that Michael Anthony Brown was arrested Thursday night in Concord, North Carolina. He was turned over to Lincolnton police. A judge set his bond at 50,000 dollars on a charge of assault on a female. According to police, Brown is a registered sex offender.  Detective Dennis Harris confirmed that the woman agreed to try on several pairs of shoes at the store when Harris stuck her foot in his mouth. Police affirmed that the man offered to pay for the woman’s groceries once she became upset. Look, mush. I have absolutely no idea how to get to a woman’s heart and my past is a living testament of that, but seriously dude, sucking on her toes without permission? Who do you think you are, Rex Ryan?
